ELMER G. SULZER, who died in ---- was a man of many interests; jazz musician, calliope player, chef, and Peabody award winning educator noted for his pioneering work in radio and TV broadcasting at the Universities of Indiana and Kentucky. Born in Madison, Indiana, near the famous 5.89% Madison Hill grade, however, he never lost his love for trains and wrote more than 50 books and articles on this, his first love.
