Dr Kevin Dalton is Senior Lecturer at Westminster Business School. Kevin is module leader on MA courses for HR practitioners and general managers. He has a background in public sector management and organisational research. He has been director of the Seychelles Institute of Management and an organisational development consultant with the Scottish NHS Executive. 

 

About the Author:

Kevin Dalton is a lecturer in the Human Resource Management department at Westminster Business School, specialising in organisational development. He has served as Director of the Management Development Institute in the Seychelles and as Organisational Development Consultant to the Management Executive in Scotland.
