Jim Small is a Co-Founder of HOA Profit Gurus, a consultancy for CEO's of community association management companies and previously served as the CEO of Parker Finch Management, a leader in the field of community association management in the United States. As CEO of Parker Finch Management, he started and grew his company to manage over 10,000 homes in less than 3 years. He then franchised his management company and had operations in several states and two countries. Previously he worked as an executive for the world's largest corporate consulting firm while living in the United States and Europe and has been a Distinguished Speaker for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) for over 7 years. With over ten years experience in the management of Boards and Organizations, Jim Small brings an educational background of a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) plus significant training in the field of Community Association Management and Real Estate to the homeowners association industry.
