About the Author:
Enjoying a long and anonymous career, Andrew E. Barraford edited and contributed to The Strawman Burns, a unique poetry collection. Over the years he has been a contributor to the Journal of the Longfellow Society, as well as the Sherborn Writers, a prose and poetry journal centered in the Dover and Sherborn, Massachusetts area.
Since poetry tends to breed poverty, Mr. Barraford's secondary careers have ranged from working in graveyards to a modern, metropolitan newspaper (The Boston Globe), settling on the mind-numbing career of a computer programmer in the Amherst, NH area. Recently downsizing, I have ended up in Goffstown, NH.
