Raphael Patai is an internationally known anthropologist, Orientalist, and biblical scholar. Founder and director of the Palestine Institute of Folklore and Ethnology, he is the author of more than twenty books. Jennifer Patai is an internist in Tucson, Arizona. An M.D. and Ph.D., she has published widely in the field of genetics.
