Established in 1971, the Country Music Foundation's Journal has quietly acquired an unmatched reputation for publishing some of the most eloquent and thoroughly researched articles available on the subject of country music. Paul Kingsbury has been editor for the Country Music Foundation Press and its Journal of Country Music since 1985. He is the author of The Grand Ole Opry History of Country Music and has written articles for many publications, including US, Entertainment Weekly, and Country America.
