We must also nurture healthier faith communities and culture that unite the head and the heart. Woke Devotional is a unique devotional structured around 13 themes with four weeks on each theme. Themes include renewal, diversity, eco-spirituality, mental health, LGBTQ+ inclusion, science, and more. Each devotional includes scripture, a reflection on the theme from a progressive Christian perspective, questions for personal reflection or group discussion, and a spiritual practice. Each devotional will also have a QR code that readers can scan to take them to a video where the author will discuss the theme further and lead them through the spiritual practice.

About the Author
Caleb J. Lines is the Co-Executive Director and board member of Progressive Christianity.org and senior minister of University Christian Church in San Diego, California. He co-hosts the podcast "The Moonshine Jesus Show," which explores pop culture, theology, and politics from progressive Christian perspective. A graduate of divinity schools at Yale University and Duke University, Lines is ordained in the three Christian denominations.
