Isachsen, a management consultant and coauthor of Working Together (Neworld, 1989), takes two approaches uncommon to the typical business and management book. First, instead of the usual hyperbolic approach to business, he asserts that what he writes "is neither new nor revolutionary; it is old, evolutionary, and time tested." Second, rather than providing a cursory glimpse of every conceivable topic related to entrepreneurship, he focuses on entrepreneurial styles. The result is pragmatic and a pleasure to read.
