About the Author

The information included in this book (first published in 1966) which revealed the conspiratorial efforts of wealthy South African mining magnate Cecil Rhodes, led to additional research as to the beginning and growth of certain globalist conspiracies working to achieve the complete takeover of the world, which began at least as far back as the late 1800s. Early warnings of this globalist threat came from former FBI agent and broadcaster Dan Smoot with his book The Invisible Government. Additional research on this subject appeared in the early 1970s with the publication of the books None Dare Call It Conspiracy by Gary Allen, the Naked Capitalist by Cleon Skousen, academic researcher Antony Sutton's three volume series on Wall Street (Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, Wall Street and FDR and Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler), and other such works. The founding of the Trilateral Commission by globalist billionaire David Rockefeller gave additional evidence of the aims, strategies and power of these globalist schemers to seize total control over the world. Skousen's book The Naked Capitalist was a helpful addition to researchers in that it served to make more understandable and readable the meaning and significance of the wordy academic tome, Quigley's Tragedy and Hope. The menacing power of super-rich globalist businessmen, bankers, politicians, propagandists and power brokers exposed the truth that the drive toward world govenment--accompanied and aided by the spread of Fabian socialism and the expansion of communism--was a top down plan to impose dictatorial rule on all peoples and governments of the world, reminiscent of the nightmare scenario spelled out in George Orwell's 1984.
