About the Author:
Kate Amatruda, MFT, ISST teaches sandplay therapy in the Extended Education departments of UC Berkeley and Santa Cruz and Sonoma State University. She is a teaching and founding member of Sandplay Therapists of America and a teaching member of the International Society for Sandplay Therapists.
Phoenix Helm Simpson,MFT, LMFT has extensive experience teaching and using sandplay therapy with multicultural communities in California and New Mexico. She has taught for Antioch University, San Francisco. Her style of sandplay includes communities and the expressive arts.
