Leighton D. Smith is the Pastor of Faith Evangelistic Ministries in New York City and host of the weekly radio program, COUNTDOWN, heard in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut on WMCA 570AM. Pastor Smith has also hosts a weekly television program and has appeared on the TBN cable network.

He is also the president of Prompt Courier Service, Inc., a Wall Street-based messenger service which he founded in 1985. He also currently serves as the vice president of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship, Greater New York Chapter, and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the New York Pastor's Coalition, Inc.

Pastor Smith's ministry has taken him to India, Africa, the West Indies and across the United States.
