Small 'ding' in head of frt board, some light surface scratches present on both covers and a hint of a crease 3" up from foot of frt board. 1/2" closed, taped tear hear spine of blank fep, remainder of the 53 pp has no tears, but the pages are 'rumpled' from thumbing and there is a faint fingerprint in the white margins, nothing huge.
