About the Author:
Edwin Fenton has lived, fished, cooked and celebrated life on the shores of Cape Cod Bay in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, for 30 years. In addition to more than 200 scholarly works, he is the author with Tom and Chris Fenton of "Collecting, Cooking and Eating Shellfish," Pittsburgh: Carnegie Mellon University Press, 1986.
