Second volume in this two-part series that records the history of the many small communities that could be found in the Eastern Multnomah County of yesteryear. Aims, Springfield, Bridal Veil, Corbett and many other locations both vanished and extant are depicted in written portraits of the homes and businesses in each and the pioneer families that created them. These two volumes are the end result of hundreds of interviews with the descendants of those pioneers, and those of more recent "settlers". Each volume is well illustrated with black-and-white photographs from the family collections of those interviewed.
