Deborah Porter has been a public school teacher and administrator, a university professor, and a consultant for over 25 years. Throughout her career she has written successful grants bringing millions of dollars to schools, colleges and universities, and community organizations. Deborah currently conducts workshops throughout the country on grant writing.

She is also a folk musician with CDs and instructional videos on playing mountain dulcimer,ukulele,and guitar. She teaches and performs at music festivals throughout America.
