About the Author:

As President of the Centre for High Performance, Bob Wiele has provided speaking, consulting and training services for over 750 organizations across Canada and the U.S. during the past 25 years. Bob's commitment to helping people maximize their performance in the workplace led to the creation of One Smart World – a company devoted to helping people, teams and organizations succeed by learning how to think better and work smarter.
