About the Author:
I was born and raised in Ashland, Wisconsin, a small town in northern Wisconsin bordering on Lake Superior. I enlisted in the U.S. Navy at age seventeen, and received an honorable discharge at age 21. After my service in the Navy, I attended the Wisconsin State University, Superior, Wisconsin, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation, I had a successful 35-year business career with a large national company, retiring in 2001 at an executive level. During my business career, I was fortunate to be able to spend many hours fishing, camping, hunting, hiking, biking and berry picking in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Wyoming and Canada. Part time freelance writer, I ve been published in Outdoor Life, Field & Stream, , Bowhunter Magazine, Wisconsin Sportsman, Fur Fish & Game and Badger Sportsman. This collection of humorous outdoor stories is my first book.
