About the Author:

Ann Depta is passionate about all things leadership. After earning her M.A. in Instructional Systems at the University of Minnesota, she worked her way into her dream job as Vice President and Manager of Leadership Development at First Union National Bank in Charlotte. In 1990 she set a new career goal and founded Meridian Consulting Group, which allows her to coach and develop strong leaders. She continues to love and cherish her work to this day. Her other loves are her family, hiking and the arts. Susan Hewitt has been coaching managers and leaders in non profit, small to mid-sized organizations and corporate settings since 1997. With an M.A. in Counseling and 18 years in Human Resources, Susan brings the credibility of workplace experience and combines it with the skills and knowledge of counseling and coaching to provide her clients with a compassionate yet direct approach to attaining their personal and professional goals. In addition to her own private practice, Susan is a member of numerous leading coaching cadres around the country. In her spare time, she is a Hospice chaplain and grief counselor.
