About the Author:
David Keys (PhD Missouri) is currently Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at New Mexico State University-Las Cruces and former Associate Professor and Chair of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the State University of New York-Plattsburgh. He has written extensively on capital punishment, narcotics policy and addiction, as well as a forthcoming monograph on wrongful convictions, an examination of McCleskey v. Kemp (1987) co-authored with R. J. Maratea, and an edited volume on the life and contributions of David Baldus, co-edited with R. J. Maratea. Corina Infante (New Mexico State BCJ, 2015) Ms. Infante is a native of El Paso, Texas. Her work includes an emphasis in empirical research methods as well as proportionality studies for criminal sentencing.
