Amiyo Basu, Ph.D. is a retired mechanical engineer, whose career spanning four decades, involved researching and developing new and advanced technologies. By nature and training, he is an innovator and holds numerous patents and publications. These collected poems are reflections of Dr. Basu’s interpretation of his surroundings. They are a blend of cheerful and thoughtful musings showcasing his perspective on the world. Dr. Basu lives near Austin, Texas with his wife so they can be near their son and his family.
