About the Author

Professionally, Susan Keith has been a programmer, software engineer, systems analyst, manager of a medical transcription service and parish administrator. She is currently Family Services Coordinator for Rutherford County (NC) Habitat for Humanity, where she is also the volunteer "Book Lady" in their ReStore. A "cradle Episcopalian," she is active in her local Episcopal parish as Verger, Eucharistic Minister, and as a mentor in the Education for Ministry program. She is also a member of The Order of the Daughters of the King(R), serving at various times at the local, diocesan and national levels. Susan, a native of Norfolk, VA, currently resides in the landmark Peggy Harris House in Rutherfordton, NC with her husband John (a retired church musician), and an assortment of feline and canine rescues.
