About the Author:
Gabrielle van Zuylen was born in France and lived in Paris. She has written numerous other books on gardens and garden history. She died in 2010. Marina Schinz was born in Switzerland and now lives in Italy. She is one of the world's leading garden photographers, and her work includes the best selling book Visions of Paradise.
Review:
During his extraordinary career, Russell Page (1906-1985) designed some of the most magnificent gardens in the world including the PepsiCo headquarters in Purchase, New York, the Frick Museum in New York City, and the Festival Gardens in London's Battersea Park. In The Gardens Of Russell Page more than 250 full-color, stunning photographs capture the essence of Page's work. Also included in this truly beautiful book are previously unpublished writings from Page's private files. -- Midwest Book Review
