About the Author:
Marilyn Burkhardt is an artist and writer who lives on the Oregon Coast. She created this book as a way to honor and remember her wonderful friend Brutus, a half St. Bernard and half Golden Retriever. Burkhardt works in many other media but one of her favorite subjects is her dogs.
