About the Author:

Aseem Kumar Giri graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He was born in Germany to parents of Indian-origin. He was mostly raised in the US. He enjoyed a career in private equity and investment banking. He splits his time between Los Angeles and Asia. This is his second novel.

A great portrait of the cultural underpinnings that drive human desire and action. This is a moving story about an immigrant family and how they cope with a disaster.
