Synopsis

Pink Chaos: A Mother's Guide to Raising Confident, Connected Tween Girls
An honest, empowering guide to building a strong mother-daughter bond—before the teen years begin.
Raising a tween girl today can feel overwhelming. The emotional swings, the attitude, the heartbreaking self-doubt—it's a lot. While most parenting books focus on the teenage years, Pink Chaos dives into the crucial (and often overlooked) ages of 9 to 12, when the foundation for lifelong mental health and self-worth is being built.
In this heartfelt and practical guide, therapist and mental health cheerleader Shayna Barksdale helps you reconnect with your daughter and create a relationship based on trust, empathy, and real communication—before the chaos of adolescence hits full force.
