Synopsis

Business as usual is failing us. Burnout is rising, organizations are struggling to adapt, and the planet is straining under systems built for consumption, not care. At the root lies an outdated leadership model built on hierarchy, fear, and control.

Start with Love: Creating Smart & Mindful Organizations offers a new way forward. Instead of quick fixes or abstract ideals, the authors present the Smart & Mindful framework, a practical guide for leaders who want to design organizations where people flourish, performance and purpose align, and long-term value is created for individuals and the planet.

Inside, you'll discover how to:
• unlock individual well-being and potential
• build organizations grounded in connection and shared leadership
• lead with decisions that balance effectiveness, collaboration, and care

This book is a call for leaders to abandon outdated models and cultivate workplaces that are resilient, adaptive, and built to thrive.
