About the Author
Steve Robert is a business process management (BPM) consultant who helps organizations strengthen governance and business architecture to become more adaptive, efficient, and human-centred. He holds a BA in Strategic Studies from Royal Roads Military College and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.Nathalie Tanguay is an organizational development consultant and coach. She supports leaders in building the emotional intelligence and strategic clarity needed for today's fast-changing world. She is a Certified Happiness Trainer and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development as well as a coaching certification in Positive Psychology.
