About the Author:

Pam and Don Philpott live in Florida, and between them, have written more than 55 books on food drink and travel. They share a love of the great outdoors and great tasting healthy food. Don was born in the UK, and has spent 35 years travelling the world, first as a journalist and then as a travel writer. He co-founded Footloose, the outdoor activities magazine, and has back-packed, climbed, canoed, ridden and skied throughout Europe, North America, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Pam was born in New Jersey and has also travelled extensively around the world, developing her skills for cooking delicious food in any climate, and has even found her self producing meals at minus 40 degrees, at 10,000 feet in the Rockies.
