This book uses a neo-Aristotelian framework to examine human subjectivity as an embodied being. Grant Gillett is a neurosurgeon and professor of medical ethics at the University of Otago, New Zealand. He previously completed a doctorate in philosophy and held a fellowship at Oxford.
