About the Author:
Dr. Aminah B. McCloud, a Fulbright Scholar and Ph.D. from Temple University in Islamic Studies is an Islamic scholar, community activist in the Chicago area and presently is Professor of Religious Studies, DePaul University. Frederick Thaufeer al-Deen was a prison chaplain at Levenworth, El Reno, Marion and FCI Estil penitentiaries. He has also worked as an Oklahoma State Prison Administrator and was Imam of the Mosque of the Believers in Oklahoma City. He is currently writing a mystery novel and working for the State of Illinois.
