I loved doing this book and had the privilege of printing successive annual editions from 1995 to 2002. The book and its rights were purchased by a "dot-com" company with more dreams than dollars in 2003 and, unfortunately, that company folded. You may ocassionally find a copy or two flaoting around but the book is no longer in publication. --from the Author
