About the Author:
Barbara M. Siemens is a piano instructor, author, clinician, and RCM Senior Examiner with over twenty five years of teaching experience. She holds a graduate degree in Historical Musicology, an ARCT Performer's Diploma and an ARCT Pedagogy Diploma for which she received the top standing in Canada. Ms. Siemens maintains a private studio in Vancouver where she works with students of all ages and abilities.
