Gary Hynes, a former sommelier, chef, and innkeeper, is the founder and editor of EAT Magazine, a bimonthly publication that celebrates food and drink in British Columbia. Gary and the team at EAT worked together to create Island Wineries of British Columbia from their shared knowledge of excellent wine and BC's unique culinary scene. Gary lives and eats in Victoria, British Columbia.
