About the Author:
Andrew Mishlove has been engaged in criminal and OWI defense since 1981. He has defended several hundred criminal and OWI cases at jury trial. In 2005, he became the first Wisconsin lawyer to achieve board certification as a specialist in OWI defense (National College for DUI Defense, Accredited by the American Bar Association). In 2011, Mr. Mishlove was named to the Board of Regents of the NCDD. He also sits on the DUI Committee for the Naitonal Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. From 1990 to 1994, he was the Chariperson of the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Mr. Mishlove has lectured and taught extensively on the subject of OWI defense, including the National College for DUI Defense conducted at the Harvard Law School and the NACDL Annual DUI Seminar. He has alos published articles on the subject in The Champion and The Wisconsin Lawyer.
