Troy Bassham is an accomplished competitor winning 12 National Championships, setting 4 national records and is a former World Champion in International Rifle Shooting. He is a Senior Master Instructor and is the Director of Program Development at Mental Management Systems. Troy has been teaching mental training to the elite of sport and business since 1995. His main focus is helping athletes develop mental consistency during the competition, perform under pressure, build self-image of a winner, and training principles that focus on developing the mind and body at the same time.
