The 2001 volume recounts the First Bosporos Lectures, given in the city of Kerch on Sept 4-8 2001. The 2002 volume recounts the Second Bosporos Lectures, again given in Kerch on May 20-23, 2002, dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the Kerch Museum of Ancient Times.
