En concevant ce document, j’ai voulu, d’une part, vulgariser et diffuser les outils juridiques de protection du patrimoine culturel au Congo ; d’autre part, je me suis inscrit dans la logique de sensibiliser les chercheurs, étudiants, professionnels des musées et sites culturels sur l’importance de ces textes et sur le rôle qu’ils peuvent jouer dans la valoriser du patrimoine. Ce recueil est appelé à évoluer et il sera enrichi chaque fois qu’une convention sera ratifiée ou une loi adoptée

Il prépareactuellement une thèse de droit comparé du patrimoine culturel àl'université d'Orléans.
