Synopsis

Colette Aboulker-Muscat was one of the few people in this world who have gone past the usual boundaries of everyday life. Having been an accomplished woman in many domains of life, she became a spiritual teacher and guide of many people worldwide, during the latter part of her life. When asked what she taught, she would say she was a teacher of life. While her native language was French, she wrote mystical poems in English, when she was around eighty five years of age, while living in Jerusalem, Israel. This book is an exploration of that poetry. It presents one hundred and ten poems with comments by a close student, who learned from Colette during her last ten years with us, and whom she generously and affectionately called the specialist of her poetry. Colette passed away in 2003 and the brief comments in this book are a reflection of twenty eight years of contemplation of these poems, by a devout student.
