It doesn’t matter if you are an absolute beginner or if working out is second nature to you, tracking your workouts and food can help you reach your fitness goals and feel the confidence you deserve! Writing down your activity and your nutrition is a great way to keep yourself accountable to your goals. We have included weekly check-ins for measurements, weight, goals and feelings.
