My husband and kids like to walk away. - As a kid, I loved to suck on lemons. - I rode to school every day, wearing a yellow stack hat, when bike helmets weren't compulsory. - My grade one teacher, Mrs White, turned our whole classroom into the Magic Faraway Tree. I thought it was truly magical. - My dad hired a mural artist to paint a friendly giant on my bedroom wall, which was lovely, except that I found it terrifying. - My favorite Children's book creators are: Nick Sharratt, Julia Donaldson, Mem Fox, Todd Parr and Enid Blyton (for old times sake) I am Heidi Wolfenden.
