Full calf, bumped and rubbed to edges, the front board slightly bowed. Loss to the top half-inch of the spine. Spine in six panels with gilt bands. Binding solid. Tanning to endpapers. 1813 ownership signature to ffep. xii, 190pp. Occasional tanning and some small dogears but generally the contents clean and bright. John Flavel (c. 1627–1691) was an English Puritan Presbyterian minister and author. A Saint Indeed was first published in 1668. RightWayUp Books aims to provide accurate and detailed descriptions.
