Uno schema alternativo � progettato per ridurre al minimo la latenza di handover tra due reti diverse con supporto per la gestione della posizione mentre si verifica il passaggio di consegne simultaneo. Una delle tecniche pi� emergenti nei recenti progetti di ricerca per la gestione della mobilit� � il protocollo mobile Stream Transmission Control (mSCTP). Abbiamo utilizzato un Location Server (LS) aggiuntivo con mSCTP per garantire la gestione della posizione tra i nodi mobili (MN) in movimento simultaneamente. Questa ricerca � dedicata alla progettazione di un nuovo modello di mobilit� simultanea basato su "step_length" e all'implementazione del modello, ovvero mSCTP con LS per risolvere i problemi di mobilit� simultanea. "Step_length" � definita come la distanza casuale percorsa dagli MN che si muovono simultaneamente in ogni passaggio quando la posizione cambia. L'approccio proposto implementato su NS2 e le valutazioni delle prestazioni vengono esaminate per dimostrare il confronto della latenza di consegna simultanea proposta con LS e in assenza di LS. I risultati mostrano che il nostro approccio proposto ha migliorato le prestazioni nella riduzione del ritardo di consegna e nella gestione dei problemi di mobilit� simultanea in una consegna senza interruzioni.
