From the search for points of reference to questioning heroes

The power, the passion and, above all, the originality of their ideas made them true messiahs, bringing good news of redemption and salvation to their peoples, who had long been crushed by alienating political systems run by tyrants from both 'within' and 'without'. But unfortunately, just like the Messiah, the son of Mary, the course of history unfolds in no other way. Freedom fighters share with prophets the misfortune of being persecuted for the happiness promised by their messages and their struggles against injustice, frustration, deprivation and abuses of power - in short, the fight against evil so that good may prevail. Africa is teeming with such figures. And this book sets out to present three of them as a source of inspiration for African youth.
