The art-deco front title page and the blank last page are disconnected from the staple-bound interior.The front page has one 1 5/8" tear halfway along the spine and some other small tears and a folded lower corner. The pages are clean, free of any markings, notes, and underlines. Extraordinarily good condition for the age. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box.
