The 2nd volume of the two volume study of the legendary Me 163 rocket plane and JG 400 that flew them. Foreword by one of the few surviving Komet pilots Reinhard Opitz & signed by him on the half-title p. The Me 163 had the potential to reach 700 mph and was part of the last ditch effort to save the Reich at the end of World War II. Hard cover book & d/w both in near fine cond.
