203p, octavo. A very good + copy in a near fine dust jacket. Text block foxed, touch of rubbing at spine ends and corners on jacket, else fine. Inscribed by author on first blank leaf, "Sal. With much love, Bob." Additionally laid in is a folded photocopy of a Robert Lax Poem inscribed to Sal, and a card also inscribed from the Greek island of Patmos (where Lax resided in his later years) wishing Sal a "Happy Happy New Year." Robert Lax was a close friend of Thomas Merton, and and painter Ad Reindhart. Seller Inventory # 50805
