Indianapolis: The Rough Notes Co., 1927. SIGNED. Illustrated first printing in a custom-made tooled and banded Morocco red leather binding with embossed end papers and gilt top edge. In VG condition with light rubbing at the corners and at top of spine. Inscribed by the authors to Earnest Calkins (1868-1964), who, despite being deaf, was known as the "Dean of Advertising Men.".
