The book is soft bound and tied together on the spine with a ribbon. Very Good cover and Near Fine contents. N.B. Dutton-Pegram played an interesting part in the history of the Mexican Revolution and had a close association with the Mexican Revolutionary, Pancho Villa. He was vice-consul at Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico.
