First printing. 8vo. 148 pp. Very Good in Good dust jacket. Spine ends slight toned, slightest shelfwear to corners. Jacket toned at spine and extremities, 1" chip to head of spine with several smaller chips to corners. Front free endpaper warmly inscribed by Rodman to Ralph Thompson, book reviewer at the New York Times, with a one page typed letter signed by Rodman thanking Thompson for his review laid in.

Shipping Terms

All orders ship within 2 business days of processing. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LBs, or 1 KG. If your order is heavy or oversized, I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping will be required, particularly if you request priority shipping. I ship through the U.S. Post Office. For domestic orders, I typically purchase insurance for books valued $100 and over.

For most international orders, I use USPS priority international or first class international mail. In order to qualify for the advertised rates, a book must be lighter than one kilogram. Shipping time for international orders is usually 6-10 days, not including custom delays.

All books are shipped in cardboard boxes with several layers of bubble wrap inside. Customers ordering priority or priority international are welcome to contact me prior to ordering the book in order to inquire about the added costs of shipping.
