First edition and first printing. Features texts by Maia M. Rigas, Perra Loca and Hernandez de Luna. A fascinating monograph that examines at American politics and culture through the prism of the postal system. Hernandez de Luna offers a biting look by creating stamps and likely envelopes and mailing them. Includes numerous color illustrations. A fine copy in illustrated boards with a gatefold opening and in a fine black cloth slipcase. No dust jacket as issued. Signed by Hernandez de Luna on the verso of the front board. Also includes a signed note by Hernandez de Luna to art collector Cleve Carney thanking him for his support that has been inserted via photo corners to the rear of the book. Carney is the first person thanked in the printed acknowledgements of the book. An attractive production with a terrific provenance.
