Yes this is the 156 page SIGNED FIRST EDITION. This book is also LIMITED (#38 of 100). The book is in excellent condition with some age toning in the gutters from the binding agent used by this publisher. Quarter beige buckram with gilt lettering on the spine, marbled boards, the original marbled publisher's slipcase has moderate wear to the extremities. No previous owner's names, not exlibrary. Overall an EXCELLENT book in a GOOD PLUS slipcase. A good gift. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
